TN MGR NMP Recruitment 2020: Department of Social Welfare and NMP has released the new job notice for recruitment of Noon Meal Employee i.e. Organizers (சத்துணவு அமைப்பாளர்), Cooks (சமையலர்) and Cook Assistants (சமையல் உதவியாளர்). It is going to fill up 5544+ vacancies under the புரட்சி தலைவர் எம்.ஜி.ஆர் சத்துணவு திட்டம் in Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli, Madurai, Krishnagiri, Kancheepuram, Thoothukudi, Tenkasi, Cuddalore, Sivagangai, Dharmapuri, Thiruvallur & Chengalpattu and district wise vacancy details are given below. It invites offline application from eligible candidates. Nutritious Meal Programme shortly NMP was introduced by Former chief Minister M.G.R in Tamilnadu. Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department supervices the scheme. The scheme was introduced for the benefits of students. The scheme provide benefits to children between the age 2-5yrs in pre-school and 5-15 yrs in government schools.

Eligibility Criteria for TN NMP Organizer, Cook & Cooks Assistant Vacancy
Educational Qualification
- Organizers (சத்துணவு அமைப்பாளர்): 10th pass (Gen/ OBC) and 8th Pass/ Fail (ST).
- Cooks (சமையலர்): 8th Pass/ Fail (Gen/ OBC) and able to read & Write Tamil (ST).
- Cook Assistants (சமையல் உதவியாளர்): 5th Pass/ Fail (Gen/ OBC) and able to read & Write Tamil (ST).
- Check Advertisement for educational qualification.
Age Limit
- Age limit should be 21 to 40 years for Gen/ OBC and 18 to 40 years for ST candidates.
