Eligibility Criteria for MILMA ASM & TSI Posts
Educational Qualification
- Candidates who possess MBA Graduate or Daily Technology/ Food Technology Graduate from recognized university.
Experience Level
- Minimum 7 years work experience in sales is required for ASM post.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in sales is required for TSI post.
Age Limits (As on 17.05.2024)
- Maximum age limit is 45 years for Area Sales Manager position.
- Maximum age limit is 35 years for Territory Sales in Charge position.
Salary
- For Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Rs 7.5 Lakhs to 8.4 Lakhs CTC + Incentives.
- For Territory Sales in Charge (TSI) – Rs 2.5 Lakhs to 3 Lakhs CTC + Incentives.
