Applied candidates can download the call letter for NHM UP examination from the date 06.06.2019 to 16.06.2019. The CHO exam will be conducted on the date 16.06.2019. Those who have already applied for this post can get the up nhm admit card from the official website to attend the exam. The question paper contains 100 multiple choice questions and the allocated time for the exam is 120 minutes only. The exam will be held in many centers at Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh).
