RRB Secunderanbad Group D Update 2022: Railway Recruitment Boards, Secunderabad has announced the Corrigendum and Amendment regarding Para 15.1. Candidates are advised to read the released notification for the Group D vacancies. Aspirants should check the RRB Secunderabad Group D Update. Conversion of Percentile Score into normalized marks is essential to prepare Final merit list.
Short listing of Candidates for various stages shall be based on the “Normalized Marks” secured by the candidates in the CBT Exam.
- They will generate the merit based on percentile score as per the given below,
- UR – 40%
- EWS – 40%
- OBC (Non Creamy Layer)– 30%
- SC- 30%
- ST – 30%
- Percentile score will be converted to Normalized marks by interpolation of raw marks into Base shift. For this process they will use the standard mathematical formula of interpolation. Based on this minimum qualified marks & weightage in marks to CCAA candidates.
- Base Shift is used to define Highest Mean average. Condition is “Present Candidate Count” should be 70% more than average.
