The Notification states that the South Central Coalfields Ltd., a subsidiary of Coal India Limited, a govt.of India undertaking engaged in Coal Mining activities in India invites applications from the Indian Nationals for filling of the following vacancies under special recruitment drive for GEN/ SC/ ST/ OBC/ EWS candidates who full fill the requisite qualifications. But, today the notification is confirmed as a fake notification.
Today, Coal India Limited confirmed that there is no such subsidiary of Coal India Limited, and no such vacancy notification has been issued by the organization.
South Central Coalfields is not a subsidiary of Coal India. Following 7 coal fields are the wholly owned subsidiaries of Coal India Limited.
- Eastern Coalfields Limited (ECL)
- Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL)
- Central Coalfields Limited (CCL)
- Western Coalfields Limited (WCL)
- South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL)
- Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL)
- Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL)
There is no such company by the name of SCCLCIL that is associated with CIL. So, candidates are requested not to apply for this recruitment and not to fall on such fake notification.
