TCS Hike 2024 Percentage: Tata Consultancy Services Limited (TCS) has released happy news for the best-performing employees working in TCS. As per the latest update on the TCS Salary Hike announcement, TCS has not only increased the pay but also announced the promotion and rotation for the exceptional performers of its recent annual compensation review. TCS salary increase and promotion etc. will be effective from April as per the announcement of TCS Chief HR Officer Milind Lakkad. TCS has reported a growth of 8.7% in its September 2023 quarter. Amid promotion/layoff and pay hike initiatives, TCS is in the process of giving pay raises to high-performing employees and demotions to performance-compensated employees. Reports said the company is also expected to announce pay hikes in its biggest business line at TCS Salary Hike in the coming quarter, though official confirmation is still pending.
TCS is recognized as one of the most stable employers. Despite the ongoing wave of mass layoffs, TCS has announced the creation of 1,200 new jobs. In the July-September 2022 period, TCS registered a net addition of 9,840 employees. As of September 30, 2022, the company’s workforce totaled 616,171 employees. TCS Salary Budget Rs.700 crores for new policy payouts in 2024 which is a 15% increase this year compared to the last upset. The hike will be implemented in two parts. March wages will be hiked first. TCS shares will be raised next in September depending on the rise. TCS is nearing the end of evaluating employee performance. A comprehensive evaluation will be communicated to all employees by the end of February.

TCS is going to offer 20% to 70% of its employees TCS Salary Hike 2024 which means 20 to 70 % pay hike and promotion will be announced to the employees who give excellent performance. The rest of the employees will get salary increases based on their individual performance. TCS, which has a maximum of 600,000 employees, has decided to give a 10-20% pay hike to its employees.
