SEBI Assistant Manager Syllabus 2020: Securities and Exchange Board of India has planned to recruit the 147 aspirants via Phase I (Online Screening Exam), Phase II (Online Exam) & Phase III (Interview) and SEBI Phase 1 exam will be conducted on Postponed. Now SEBI has released the SEBI Assistant Manager Syllabus 2020 for Assistant Manager posts. Recently it has published the recruitment notification for Officer Posts on 07.03.2020 and online process is undergoing. Paper I Syllabus

• All Steams for Phase I Exam: General Awareness (including some questions related to Financial Sector of easy to moderate difficulty level), English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Test of Reasoning.
• All Streams for Phase II Exam: English (Descriptive Test) to test the drafting skills.

Paper II Syllabus

• General Stream (Phase I & Phase II): Commerce & Accountancy, Management, Finance, Costing, Companies Act & Economics.
• Legal Stream (Phase I & Phase II): Constitution of India, Law of Contracts, Criminal Law, Criminal Law, Code of Civil Procedure, Administrative Law and Principles of Natural Justice, Jurisprudence and Interpretation of Statutes etc.
