- The examination comprises three sections: Hindi, English, and Language Selection Abbreviations.

- The English Shorthand Test is worth 100 points and will be conducted for 30 minutes.
- Similarly, the Odia Shorthand Test will be administered for 100 marks and last for 30 minutes.
