• SSLC Marksheet / Transfer Certificate / Cumulative Record on Confirmation of Date of Birth
• Aadhaar card copy of the candidate
• Mark sheet for passing SSLC / equivalent qualification,
• Original copy of Caste, Category / Income Certificate. Paja/Papam/Category-1 / 2A / 2B / 3A / 3B certificate in case of reservation.
• Compulsory presentation of “Extract of Driving Licence” on renewal of valid passenger heavy vehicle / heavy goods driving license and Karnataka PSV badge (must be 2 years old with heavy vehicle driving license).
• Current Conductor License and Karnataka Badge (Only in case of applying for the post of Driver-Commandator)
• Rural Candidate Certificate (only if reservation is desired, in Form-1/Form-2) (Class 1 to 10)
• Kannada medium education certificate. (Only if reservation is desired) (Class 1 to 10)
• Project Refugee Certificate (only if reservation is desired).
• Certificate of discharge from service in case of ex-servicemen. (Discharge Certificate)
• No objection letter obtained from concerned appointing authority in case of transport organization departmental candidate.
• Certificate to this effect in case of concession in application fee as dependent of disabled ex-servicemen
