MHC Civil Judge Syllabus 2023: Candidates who applied for Civil Judge posts, here we are given the Madras High Court Civil Judge syllabus and exam pattern. Basically applicants will be selected for Civil Judge jobs by Preliminary Examination, main exam and Viva–Voce Test. Applicants who are selected in the final round will be appointed at Tamil Nadu with satisfactory salary. In the Madras Civil Judge Exam Syllabus PDF notification, 100 multiple choice objective type questions will be asked in the preliminary exam with 3 hours duration. The main Written Examination will be conducted on two consecutive days in the Forenoon and Afternoon sessions. • The Indian Evidence Act, 1872
• The Criminal Law (Amendment) Act and
• The Criminal Minor Acts (including Information Technology Act, 2000; and the
• Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012).

Translation Paper

There will be one translation paper and the candidates will be required to translate passages from (a) English into Tamil or Malayalam or Telugu and likewise, the passages in (b) Tamil or Malayalam or Telugu into English at their option. The passages will be from (i) Depositions, (ii) Judgments, (iii) Documents, (iv) Pleadings, and/or (v) Orders.
