CGA Recruitment Rules 2022: Controller General Of Accounts under the Department of expenditure has announced the Accountant Group C Recruitment Rules. This CGA Recruitment rules has been released in “The Gazette of India: Extraordinary” Bearing G.S.R 147 (E). These CGA Recruitment rules comes under the article 309 of the constitution and suppression of the Central Civil accounts service. The CGA Recruitment classification, age limit, educational qualification, Method of recruitment, level in the pay matrix etc has been mentioned below. Candidates will be engaged based on by promotion/by deputation/by direct recruitment. Candidates Promotions will be based on seniority cum fitness.

CGA Direct Recruitment Age Limit

• Applicants age limit should be between 18 years and 27 years

CGA Accounts Qualification details

• Bachelor Degree in any relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.

Controller General Of Accounts Jobs Probation periods

• In case of candidates will be appointed in direct recruitment, the probation period for two years.

Method of Recruitment

• 70% direct recruitment by staff selection commission, 25% by promotions on seniority basis and 5% through promotion on the limited departmental competitive examinations.
