Global Korea Scholarship (GKS) 2024: The Global Korea Scholarship 2024 Scholarship is awarded by the Korean government to more than 1300 students from 155 countries to pursue graduate-level degrees (Masters or PhD) or research studies at Korean universities. KGSP was known as the Korean Government Scholarship Program until 2024. From the academic year 2024 onwards it is called the GKS Scholarship/Global Korea Scholarship. This Global Korea Scholarship Funds Masters and Ph.D. The degree is offered to students from 155 countries who wish to study in Korea. With this GKS scholarship you can study at SKY Colleges (SNU, Korea University and Yonsei), Sungkyunkwan University and UNIST, Korea’s top qualified universities. Application for GKS scholarship starts in the month of October.

Students selected through the Global Korea Scholarship 2024 are granted admission to study at various universities in South Korea. The Ministry of Education of South Korea is the Global Korea Scholarship encourages. This increases international exchanges between countries. Since 2016, more than 1 lakh students have benefited from the Global Korea Scholarship. Objective Of GKS Scholarship:

The Korea Scholarship was created to provide opportunities for international students to study at higher education institutions in Korea to pursue academic degrees. Eligibility GKS Scholarship

• Applicants must be below 25 years of age (March 01, 2024) and should be a citizen of India.
• Applicant must be a high school graduate or graduate by February 28 of the current academic year.
• Candidates who expect the results or degree should submit the relevant certificates.
• Candidates should have secured a minimum of 80% marks.
• Applicants should possess complete physical fitness and mental strength.

How to Apply GKS Scholarship 2024

• Eligible Indian students can apply for the scholarship through the ‘Embassy Track’ and submit their application at the Korean Embassy in New Delhi.
• Otherwise, Submit an Application to the Respective University with Scholarship details and eligibility documents.
