Tripura PWD Recruitment Rules 2022: Public Works Department (PWD), Tripura is announced the recruitment rules for the post of Multitasking Staff, Group D (Non-Technical) posts. The Officer order regarding the Tripura PWD Recruitment has been issued on 08.11.2022. Governor of Tripura has generated the Tripura PWD Recruitment Rules, as per the power conferred by provision to Article 309 of the constitution of India. These rules will help to regulating the method of recruitment to the Junior Engineer & MTS Group D post in PWD department. These rules are coming live on the date of publication of the official Gazette.

Tripura PWD MTS Recruitment Rules contains the details of recruitment like method of recruitment, selection process, power to relax, savings, disqualification, repeal, qualification, age limit, pay scale, etc. Candidates who had done the marriage with a person having spouse living and entering another marriage with any person when spouse living will be considered as a disqualified. These rules will not affect reservations, relaxation of age limit  & other concessions that provided for persons under SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen and other special categories. Scale of Pay

• Pre-Revised Scale of pay:
  • Pay Band 1 – Rs. 4840 to Rs. 13000.
  • GP – Rs. 1400.
• Corresponding revised Scale of Pay
  • Cell 1 of Level 1 of Tripura State Pay Matrix, 2018.

Method of Recruitment

• Direct Recruitment.

Selection Process

• Written Exam (85%).
• Interview/ Viva-voce (15% of total marks).

Age Limit

• 18 years to 40 years.
• 5 years relaxation in upper age limit for ST/ SC/PWBDs(PH)/ Government Servant candidates.

Educational Qualification

• UR Candidates: Pass Class 8^th from recognized school/ board.
• SC/ ST/ PH Candidates: Pass Class 5^th from recognized school/ board.
