CBIC Executive Assistant Recruitment Rules 2022: Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs has issued the recruitment rules for the post of Executive Assistant (Group ‗B ‘, Non-Gazetted, Ministerial Posts), under the Department of Revenue. As per the article 309 of the constitution of India, Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs recruitment rules are formed. The CBIC Recruitment Executive Assistant classification, level in pay matric, method of recruitment, age limit, qualifications etc has been mentioned below. As per the CBIC Recruitment rules, selected candidates will be appointed at two years’ probation periods. This CBIC Recruitment rules will be applicable for Group B and Group C post for following directorates, namely

• Chief Commissioner (AR), Customs, Central Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT)
• Directorate General of Analytics and Risk Management
• Directorate General of Valuation
• Directorate of International Customs
• Directorate General of Goods and Service Tax

The Recruitment rules of Executive Assistant in CBIC will be not affect the reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government. These following rules might be called for Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs Directorates Executive Assistant Recruitment rules for the session 2022.
