IOCL Apprentice Document Verification 2022: Indian Oil Corporation Limited has recently conducted examination for Apprentice recruitment for Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical complex. IOCL Apprentice Result 2022 was released at IOCL website. As per the announcement by IOCL, provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification. Most of the candidates have doubts in DV like what are documents required for Certificate Verification, how much copies of certificates are to be carried for DV. In that note of providing information to candidates, we are given the list of required documents to be carried at DV and do’s and dont’s at the time of IOCL Document verification. In this article, we are explained about IOCL Panipat Refinery Apprentice Document verification schedule and other details.

Document verification process will remain same for other regions/ refineries, but location may be changed. In the below table, candidates can download IOCL provisionally shortlisted. candidates list. After verification of list, eligible candidates shall attend Document verification from 28.11.2022 to 06.12.2022. In case of candidates unable to submit any of the documents, he/ she shall not be allowed for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination. Medical Test will be extended for 2 or more days, candidates are instructed to make arrangement for accommodation at their own cost. Document Required for IOCL Apprentice Document Verification

Candidates should carry original and one set of self-attested copies of the below documents list:

• 10^th Pass/ Matriculation certificate (Proof of DOB)
• Class XII mark sheet/ Semester Wise/ Year Wise Mark Sheets of ITI
• Class XII/Final ITI (Fitter) Certificate
• Conversion certificate from CGPA/OGPA/Letter Grade to percentage of marks
• Certificate mentioning the date of publication of result (Issued by Principal of Institute where they studied)
• Skill Certificate (if applicable only)
• Latest SC/ST/ Disability/OBC (NCL) Certificate along with “Declaration”/EWS-Income & Asset Certificate
• Declaration Certificate is attached below.
• Degree/ Diploma Certificate.
• Character Certificate from Previous Institute.
• Proof of Employment (if applicable)
• Original Photo ID proof along with self-attested photocopy
• 5 Recent Passport Size Photographs
• Copy of Online Application Form
• Call Letter/ Admit Card, etc.

Venue is given for Panipat Refinery & Petrochemical Complex Apprentice Recruitment Ref No PR/P/Apprentice/55 (2022-23): “L&D Centre, Gate No. 1, Panipat Naptha Cracker, Panipat, Haryana”.

Step by Step Process for IOCL Document Verification/IOCL Apprentice Document Verification

• Candidates need to apply for IOCL current openings through Proper Channel.
• If it has Written Test/ CBT attend examination as per the schedule.
• Exam date and admit card download will be published at IOCL website.
• Attend examination, results will be published.
• In case of Merit basis selection, list of provisionally selected candidates will be mentioned at website.
• Check your register numbers in the selection list.
• Attend Document verification at mentioned dates along with above mentioned documents.
• Eligible candidates will be allowed for Medical Test.
• After completing all the process.
• Final Selection will be published at IOCL Apprenticeship page.
• Until the completion of selection, candidates have to keep remember of application number/ register number and kept active Email Id and Mobile number which was entered at online application form.
