TNTET Syllabus 2025: Teacher Recruitment Board Of Tamil Nadu has released notification for conducting Teacher Eligibility Test for the year 2025. As per TNTET 2025 notification, examination will be conducted in two category Paper-I & Paper-II. Which are based on Paper I refer Class1 to 5 Paper 2 refer Class 6 to 8 .The Selection Process based on eligibility test based, document verification, Syllabus released before the exam.

Mode & Date of Examination will be notified soon. In the mean-time, candidates can prepare for Teacher Eligibility Test using the syllabus. TNTET Paper-I Exam will be conducted for the selection of Teachers of Classes from I-V & Paper-II for the selection of Teachers for the Classes of VI- VIII. Candidates have to answer total of 150 Multiple Choice Questions. Other than Language-I & II topics, candidates can select their Medium of questions either in English or Tamil.  TNTET Syllabus 2025 Paper-I & Paper-II

• Child Development and Pedagogy: Educational psycology of Teaching and Learning relevant to the age group of 6-11 years for Paper-I & relevant to the age group of 11-14 years for Paper-II.
• Language-I: Question will be designed to check the proficiencies in the Medium of Instructions.
• Language -II English: Element of language, communication & comprehension abilities.
• For Paper-I Mathematics and Environmental Studies: Concepts, Problem solving & pedagogical understanding of these subjects.
• For paper – II Mathematics and Science/ Social Science: Concepts, Problem Solving & pedagogical understanding of these subjects.
• Questions for the above syllabus will be prepared from the classes of I–V for paper-I & for Paper-II candidates should focus on VI-VIII classes of the state.
